JACK "LEGS" DIAMOND

Jack 'Legs' Diamond was born to Irish immigrant parents in Philadelphia in 1897. A product of extreme poverty,Jack would become involved in crime at an early age. After the early death of his mother due to illness, Jack moved to New York City in 1914. Prohibition brought ample opportunities to men like Jack Diamond. Bootlegging and ownership of the famed 'Hotsy Totsy' Speakeasy would follow.

A cozy and warm cocktail bar Jack Diamonds today has many careful nods to its namesake and New York of the 1920s.
